 Hi, My name is Paul Kenny. For over 25 years now I have been running my own Training Businesses. Not to be immodest but I have done pretty well out it. However, the journey has not been without it's "bumps in the road", including some pretty massive bumps. I have been promising myself for a number of years now that I would start to write down/ or record some of the lessons I've learned over the years in the hope that it may be useful to anyone else who has followed this path. I'm going to write about winning business, keeping clients happy designing and delivering training and coaching solutions. I may also veer off into some personal territory because the line between work and other for an Independent Trainer is often pretty indistinct. So let's go...
